The Club Hotel

Opened in May 2010, the club hotel evokes a new perspective on Singapore’s rich history and heritage. Think old-school terrazzo flooring, refashioned Chinese wood-carvings and antique pendant lamps. Completing the experience are its destination F&B venues including The Club Tapas, an authentic Spanish concept comprising a cosy basement tapas bar and an alfresco restaurant. For drinks, the rooftop space houses Ying Yang, a fashionable nightspot with indoor and outdoor bars featuring the best of local DJ talent.

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is the latest addition to Singapore's dining scene and it's already set foodies' tongues wagging. With a 38-year-old legacy which began in Taiwan, the restaurant is ranked as one of the world's Top 10 Restaurants by The New York Times and renowned for its Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork dumplings) and steamed chicken soup. The excitement is not so much about Din Tai Fung's arrival but more so about the Truffle Xiao Long Bao, a creation which has its roots in Paris and sure to bring that element of sophisticaiton to this classic menu.
